Who We Are?
We are a small family business operating out of Greater Toronto Area. We love to travel and want to help keep the memories of past travels alive while inspiring to discover new destinations to visit.
How it got started?
The idea for the app came during a flight when Anna asked then boyfriend Brian, what countries she is missing from her list of about 40 countries at the time. Brian being an iOS app developer at a time was looking for a better position, said I can build you an app so you can count the number of countries you have been to, we can also showcase my skills by building a custom map. Once it was launched on the app store, downloads started coming in, we knew we had something special. Now years later, the travel app, Visited which was originally called Travelist, is available in 30 languages and has been downloaded by millions of travelers.
