Terms and Conditions of Brand Ambassador Agreement
A. As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:
By filling out the Brand Ambassador form I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
1. I am 18 years of age or older.
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
- I will promote and market Visited App products to customers.
- Share content using our brand hashtags: #visitedtravelapp, #visitedapp on social media or creating blog posts and YouTubeVideos with links to Visitedapp.com or Appstore/Google Play Store.
3. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks, websites or inside the app.
4. If users sign up without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these paid users will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per unique paid user.
5. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #visitedtravelapp and #visitedapp in each post that relates to the travel app. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Visited App.
7. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any future benefits and all promotional codes effective immediately.
8. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any posts related to Visited App may remain on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
9. If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, you will be sent the appropriate rewards at the point of termination.
10. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
11. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
12. I agree to the company’s privacy policy, and I have read and agree to these terms.
B. Visited App (company) understands and agrees:
1. Company will compensate the Brand Ambassador with the rewards as outlined in the welcome email. Rewards are subject to change without notice.
2. Company will give the Brand Ambassador a unique promocode to use as discount for paid features of the Visited App.
3. Company will provide the Brand Ambassador with the reward and/or promotional codes within 3 weeks of the acceptance into the Brand Ambassador program or when reaching a new stage which is evaluated monthly. Delays may occur when shipping outside North America.
4. Company may provide additional reward to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its’ discretion.
5. If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
6.The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
7. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy these terms and conditions.
C. General:
1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
3. Visited App may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
*active pertains to posting content at least once a month which includes at least one pre-approved Visited App hashtag or link.
